Lightning kills 5 people in a day


Lightning strikes have killed five people in Cambodia in a single day, a local newspaper has reported.

Wow! A very active day with unfortunate consequences. I guess people in their patty fields are prone bring out in the open. Lots of water too...

That's really sad. Does anyone know the amount of Australian deaths annually due to lightning? Hopefully it's not too many.
