</font></strong></span><span>A Sydney unit block in Baden Rd, Neutral Bay was evacuated around 1.00pm after a sea wall collapsed. The buildings foundations were left exposed with other parts of the foundations cracking.</span></p><p><span>The NSW Fire Brigade attended the scene and called for the urgent assistance of structural engineers to assess the risk.</span></p><p><span>Water Police and Marine services set up an exclusion zone in Shell Cove to prevent any vessels sailing too close to the collapse zone.</span></p><p><span>Around 5.00pm engineers declared the building safe to inhabit and the residents were returned to their units.</span></p><p><span>Residents reported that work on the sea wall was scheduled to take place early next week. There will be no doubt the repair bill has just gone up in price.</span></p><span>
