Still a pretty mild night though. West Roebuck's max on the same day came in at 30.1, but I suspect a 5 degree reading error, as Broome AP had 25, and West Roebuck (about 12km east of Broome town) and Broome AP are normally within a degree of one another. All have 35 to 45 years computerised record apart from Pingelly and Wagin which are about 25 years. Any thoughts? Todays activity was a bit of a surprise - i spent most of the morning lazing around at the beach taking pictures... some of the showers had some realy nice 'curved' features - as you can see in the pictures below: http://www.bsch.simplenet.com/ben/temp4/index.html http://www.bsch.simplenet.com/ben/temp4/index2.html This mornings soundings showed it was unstable below ~800mb - and the sky showed it... a lot of the bases i saw had that slightly rippled look to them... tomorrow and probably monday morning should be much the same (if not better) as today... +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ To unsubscribe from aussie-weather send e-mail to:majordomo at world.std.com with "unsubscribe aussie-weather your_email_address" in the body of your message. -----------------------jacob at iinet.net.au------------------------------ From: "Les Crossan" To: "aus-wx" Subject: aus-wx: Sunrises Date: Sat, 17 Jun 2000 07:58:25 +0100 Organization: Cosmic EuroCon X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2615.200 Sender: aussie-weather-approval at world.std.com Reply-To: aussie-weather at world.std.com
