Title: Sunday March 19th 2006 - Is the cap too strong to allow for storms to break?

Shear is sufficient for storms to rotate and produce tornadoes given one condition: if the cap breaks. The target region is southwest Texas near Fort Stockton - consistent with where storms more often are anticipated at this time of the year.

Jimmy, are we talking the region towards Pecos by chance?  Supercells would be the only chance of getting me back down there!
