Hi All!  ;)

just would like to show soem photos and 2 videos about a supercell hailstorm we got this weekend in Hungary.

Though this shows a countryside house, damages are serious! EDIT JD: This is the most incredible violent hail video I have ever observed with regards causing significant damage to a roof - this roof is literally obliterated! Violent giant hail footage obliterates house roof - watch it all!

Guys,,

I would really recommend seeing the video of the roof as it shows some incredible hail damage to the house roof! Actually pulvarise is what I would call it! Watch it as it gets destroyed before your very eyes!

Europe has really copped it this year - tornadoes in Italy as well.

I too was thinking of the 1999 event the way that roof came off very suddenly. Though none of the damage I saw in Sydney (up at Paddington) after that event included roofs completely stripped like that (and I was looking from a few stories up). Lots of holes but nothing stripped like that.

Some pretty impressive hailstones in the photos as well.

Storm chasing is dangerous. Don't storm chase unless you have consulted or chased with others who have proven extensive chase experience.
