Police search for Father after kidnapping toddler from mother
READ MORE TO VIEW VIDEOPolice are searching statewide for a 23 month old Boy, after he was allegedly kidnapped from the custody of his mother.Superintendant Peter Mcerlain from the Eastern Beaches local area command is appealing for the father to come forward and return the child.Around 6pm on the 9th August, 2009 a 29 year old woman was outside with her son on Bunnerong Rd, Kingsford when a white vehicle pulled alongside them when a male and female approached her.It is alleged the child was taken and placed into this vehicle whilst attempts were made by the mother to re-secure her son.
