Tornadoes and MONSTER hail possible today!

(http://www.tornadovideos.net/images/stories/2010/june_2010/6.12.10.ww0304_radar.gif)A tornado watch has been issued for an area extending from roughly  Amarillo, TX northeast to near Russell, KS. At least one tornado has been  reported already, and EXTREMELY large hail (over 5 INCHES!) has fallen northeast  of Dumas, TX! These reports have come in association with a supercell that  exploded north of Amarillo a short time ago; other storms should be firing  throughout the afternoon within this same area, with the greatest chance of tornadoes not likely to arrive until later this afternoon into the evening when the best shear makes it into the area. Severe thunderstorm watches are  also out for parts of the mid-Atlantic region, as well as for parts of Missouri,  Illinois and Indiana, where perhaps a few surprise tornadoes are possible as  well. A number of chasers are streaming these events right now, so be sure to  follow along on the Live page (http://chase.tornadovideos.net/pages/full_screen)!
