READ MORE TO VIEW GALLERIESEmergency services, the Salvation Army, National Guard, Red Cross and other volunteers have worked tirelessly to restore peace to a broken town.On Saturday, April 24th, Yazoo City was hit by a major storm system which started in Louisiana and spread across the entire state of Mississippi.Around forty electrical restoration crews have begun to restore and repair the power lines that were shredded, whilst gas contractors are remarking connection points to hook up services back to the homes.
