Flooding Rains Continue In Texas

Rain has been persistently falling across a good portion of the state of Texas today, and flooding is becoming a big concern heading into tonight. Flood watches and warnings have been posted throughout the DFW metroplex, and are also in place for southern Texas. The rain has been caused by rich gulf moisture overrunning a boundary that lies across Texas. We've also seen a few severe thunderstorms near the Mexican border, and even a few tornado warnings!
