Went for a chase today around the Sunshine Coast (and west of there). There were some ok storms around and given that it was possibly the last chase of the season, I was happy to get some action.
Photos here...

No idea why the thumbnails aren't working but if you click on the squares, the photos show up.

Hi Macca
Not really impressed with the " Last Chase of the Season" title.
However given the last week of weather here, and as far ahead as models go that looks very much the case.
Nice images too, how do you get exposure for sky and ground both correct in the one image !!!

Ah the old guster nearly touching the ground and stretching off into the distance - hard to beat for visual impact in a photo! Like the green forground in a few of the shots too, nice contrast.

Thanks guys.
Two things which probably helped with the exposure of these pics...one was a decent cover of cirrus from the storms helped filter some of the sunlight so it wasn't super bright. The other...500mm of rain in the 6 weeks before this probably helped make the grass nearly fluro green.
Macca (in Warwick for the weekend and hoping the showers to the W develop into storms!)
