Bondi unit explodes after cockroach bomb detonates
READ MORE TO VIEW GALLERYAt around 7.40am a unit on Hall St, Bondi exploded showering glass and debris between two neighbouring properties.No residents were inside the unit at the time and other residents escaped without injury.It's believed a pesticide deployment bomb was being used in the apartment when it exploded.Only a minor amount of structural damage occurred, however an entire glass door was destroyed.The Police rescue bomb disposal squad along with fire crews investigated the scene and rendered it safe.
