Chile wakes to death and destruction - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
A huge magnitude 8.8 earthquake has struck Chile, killing at least 122 people, knocking down homes and hospitals, and triggering a tsunami that is spreading menacingly across the Pacific.
