Title: Is this a tornado?

Just looking through the weather photos catalogue and noticed that in 2001 MB took this picture. Now I already am thinking TORNADO but I would like MB to tell me if this was one.

Gday Stormboy,

MB may want to correct me on this one but I think from memory reading the report that he classified this feature as a landspout, which are rated as EF0 or there is no rating attached to them at all mostly.

Here is a link to the report and I'll correct myself and mention that he does call this a tornado in the landspout variety
