Danny Taking Aim On the East Coast

An area of enhanced convection a few hundred miles east of the Bahamas has begun to show signs of increased circulation, henceforth the National Hurricane Center naming our fourth tropical storm in the Atlantic as Danny. It is borderline tropical/extratropical, as it is showing signs of both at this time. The NHC does believe it has a chance to become a full-fledged hurricane however, and it may be so right off the coast of the Atlantic seaboard. In fact, the current track has it going straight into Cape Cod! We will be monitoring this.. stay tuned!
