Today kicks off what could be 3-4 straight days of significant severe weather over the central Plains region, with tornadoes and extremely large hail possible in northeast Colorado, southeast Wyoming, western Nebraska and Kansas this afternoon and evening! RUC and NAM analysis indicates that strong helicity and moderate to high instability will combine to give any storms that do fire in the area a heightened potential to produce significant tornadoes - The RUC EHI is out of control!!
