Thanks for posting, have to laugh at the video title "small tornado". Up there with mini-tornado. In the US this would not even be a small tornado.

One of those soundings should be quite close in time to the tornado. None really look primed for strong storms though. I have wondered what the storms are like in NE China (Blagoveshchenk is basically just across the border). Perfect landscape for viewing storms up there.
