Title: Daniel Shaw in the United States

You obviosuly have read on this forum the day to day chase reports posted by Macca in regards to the Tornado Alley chasing for 2008. Of course, very few know that Daniel Shaw also on this forum occasionally has also been across the United States and also on national TV recently in terms of storm chasing.

Well here he is with Cloud Nine Tours

Daniel is the second from the left after Charles Edwards.

I'd be interested to know how Daniel's trip was.  I know Cloud 9 got onto some great storms so I'd love to hear Daniel's experience.  We were driving down the highway one day passing a tour group and Andrej said "that was daniel Shaw" hehe.

Daniel answered in a separate thread so you may wish to check there and ask him - not sure how often he checks the forum itself. He enjoyed the trip and definitely got some great footage. They watched and filmed a truck going into a tornado at night and then found it tipped over! It was in the media.

Ahh yes  - I bumped into him at an Ardmore servo waiting for initiation on what was largely a bust in south-central OK that day. (Mid-May from memory)

Good guy  :) - Only Aussie we bumped into actually!
