UPDATE! MODERATE RISK ISSUED FOR SOUTH-CENTRAL MINNESOTA!!!

The environment is characterized by a warm front that is gradually lifting north; as it does, low level moisture is being pumped in and the atmosphere is becoming highly unstable where strong shear is already in place.
