Britain sizzles in 28 degrees


Britain is in the grip of an official heatwave, despite temperatures across most parts not even reaching 30 degrees.

Seems a bit odd to declare a heatwave when temps are only 28c,then again i suppose Britain dont receive the same level of summer heat that we do in this part of the world
