Floods, snow turn Nth Dakota into 'fish pond' - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
     

A heavy blizzard has dumped wet snow on volunteers rushing to build dykes against rising flood waters in the US state of North Dakota as officials used explosives to try to break up ice jams on swelling rivers.
