Weather cutting alcohol abuse, not ban: mayor - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
The mayor of a Cape York Indigenous town in far north Queensland believes a temporary decline in alcohol abuse has more to do with wet season road closures than State Government regulations.
