Would anyone be interested in doing a talk about their stormchasing experiences?
I work in a library and my email is: jchan@yprl.vic.gov.au

Hi Jackal - can you provide some more info please, particularly location required and the target audience. I'm assuming VIC by your email address.   There are a couple of VICs on here who may be able to help.

regards, Michael

Id be interested, but i can never claim to have the vast experience demonstrated by Michael or Jimmy.

That being said I am nearly a degreed meteorologist, and have looked at large numbers of images shown on this forum and on others. I only have chasing records from the past 12 months. If this is what you are looking for or not I think that some more information into; The detail you are looking to have presented, what sort of snapshot of severe weather you are looking for, the audience such a talk would be delivered to, and the length of presentation you are desiring would be very useful. If you cant find anyone from this site im sure I can see if i or someone can put you in contact with some of the VICs from ASWA.

regards,
John

John,

You can certainly do it - it is all about storm chasing and what it is about I guess. You are welcome to use some of the pictures from this website given credits. Go ahead and do it.

Regards,

Jimmy Deguara

Storm chasing is dangerous. Do not storm chase unless you have consulted or chased with others who have proven extensive chase experience.
