That is a pretty impressive tornado - hopefully a lot more pictures will be placed online.
From radar it would appear the tornado occurred between 1 and 2pm just north of Nimmitabel.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce large hailstones, very heavy rainfall, flash flooding and damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Tamworth, Orange, Katoomba, Canberra, Goulburn, Cooma, Yass, Moree, Narrabri, Walgett, Dubbo and Parkes.
Destructive winds are possible in parts of the Southern Tablelands.
A Tornado was reported earlier this afternoon near Nimmitabel in the Southern Tablelands.
Golf ball sized hail was reported from Manilla, and wind gusts of 91km/hr at Walgett.
